$20 BougeRV Gift Card for $9 – Terms & Conditions

  1. Promotion Period
    This promotion consists of two phases:
    • Phase 1: August 21, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. through August 23, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PDT.
    • Phase 2: August 25, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. through August 27, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PDT.
  2. Member-Exclusive Offer
    This promotion is available only to registered BougeRV members. During each phase, eligible members may purchase one $20 BougeRV Gift Card for $9.99.
  3. Limited Availability
    Each phase is limited to the first 30 eligible members. Gift cards are available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
  4. Gift Card Distribution
    Gift cards will be delivered after each phase ends — Phase 1 on August 24, 2026, and Phase 2 on August 26, 2026.
  5. Purchase Limit
    Limit one promotional gift card per member during the entire promotion. Multiple orders, the use of multiple accounts, or adding more than one promotional gift card to an order is prohibited. BougeRV reserves the right to cancel any gift card or related order that violates this limit.
  6. Gift Card Restrictions
    The gift card is non-transferable, non-resalable, and not redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law. It may be used only by the recipient to whom it was originally issued.
  7. No Additional Discounts
    Promotional codes, coupons, discounts, credits, or other promotional offers may not be applied toward the purchase of the gift card.
  8. Eligibility Verification and Enforcement
    BougeRV reserves the right to verify the membership status, identity, and eligibility of the purchaser and gift card user. BougeRV may withhold, deactivate, or cancel any gift card obtained through fraud, abuse, multiple or duplicate orders, the use of multiple accounts, circumvention of these terms, or any other unauthorized means.
  9. General Conditions
    To the extent permitted by applicable law, BougeRV may modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion where reasonably necessary due to fraud, abuse, technical errors, supply limitations, operational issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Participants must comply with all applicable laws and BougeRV's purchase terms and relevant policies.
  10. Final Determination
    To the extent permitted by applicable law, BougeRV reserves the right to determine eligibility, interpret these terms, and resolve any matter relating to this promotion. BougeRV's decisions are final.
