Delivery warehouses for American customers are located in California (U.S.) and Guangzhou(China). Delivery time depends on your location and warehouse inventory. We offer free shipping. All you need is to provide us with a correct street address (not a PO Box) and contact details when checkout.

Depending on where you’re located, BougeRV may be able to ship a purchase internationally. Please e-mail us your address and inquiry at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can check the rate and service area to confirm if the shipment is possible. International orders may take 10-25business days for shipping.

About Customs, Duties, & Taxes
When ordering from BougeRV, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record, and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; For more information, contact your local customs office.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Some other conditions:
- Shipments cannot be rerouted once a package has been shipped.
- We understand that often professional installation is desired. However, we strongly suggest that you wait until you have received and verified the condition of your order before scheduling any work to commence with your new BOUGERV products. While we strive to provide the best quality products and expect a high level of service from our third-party carriers, we recognize that at times a product or particular delivery method does not meet our standards or quoted delivery date. Due to unforeseen issues potentially occurring, we strongly suggest that you wait until you receive and verify your products as we cannot be held responsible for delays in scheduled work.

At BOUGERV, we would like to ensure that your shopping experience is unsurpassed, even for a return. We realize that for whatever reason, you may decide to return your purchase.
7-Day Return & Refund Guarantee
If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the package within 7 days of receiving it as long as they are new, undamaged, and unmodified. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements.
Situations When We Refund
BougeRV will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product received, or for any extra products you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
Item out of stock
If you purchase goods and we are unable to ship them out due to a stock shortage, we will offer you the choice to either refund or wait for stock.
If your PayPal account name and address do not match your order's name and shipping address, we will email you for verification. If you do not reply to us within THREE business days, we will automatically refund the order.
Please note that BougeRV will not accept returns with product modifications as it voids our warranty policy. Any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense.

In the event a replacement is necessary, we would process the replacement according to our warranty policy. We will arrange for return shipping of the old part/item. Once the part/item has been received and inspected, we will ship the replacement part/item. If damage occurs due to improper handling during the setup or installation whether done professionally or by the customer, then the product is no longer eligible for replacement or refund.
